Suitable for:
Microneedle RF lifting with SYLFIRM X is prescribed when skin tightening is required in combination with correction of its quality: pores, scars, pigmentation, vascular changes.
- Decreased skin turgor (elasticity), unclear facial contour, ptosis (drooping of soft tissues)
- Expression and age wrinkles
- Enlarged pores, prone to rashes, acne
- Scars and stretch marks (stretch marks)
- Cuperosis (dilation of small vessels of the skin), telangiectasia (spider veins), rosacea
- Hyperpigmentation
- Photo- and chronoaging (skin aging under the influence of the sun and age-related)
How it works
The device delivers radiofrequency energy into the skin through fine microneedles. Thermal effects are localized in the dermis (deep layer of skin): it stimulates neocollagenesis (formation of new collagen) and remodeling (restructuring) of existing fibers. At the same time, the surface layer of the skin is renewed.
The needles themselves do not heat up, so there is no thermal damage to the epidermis (the top layer of skin).
SYLFIRM X has two types of radiofrequency pulses: the first is aimed at lifting, the second at correcting the causes of pigmentation and vascular changes.
Course
The procedures are carried out in a course. The number of sessions depends on the condition of the skin and is determined during an in-person consultation.
After the procedure
Redness and slight swelling last from several hours to 2 days. Recommendations after the procedure:
- Avoid hot showers and saunas for 24 hours
- Do not use decorative cosmetics for the first 24 hours so as not to irritate the skin
- Increase water intake: skin loses moisture after heat exposure
- Avoid direct sunlight for 2 weeks and use products with SPF: ultraviolet radiation can cause pigmentation
- Moisturizing serums, emulsions and masks are acceptable, the aesthetic physician will select specific products

- Systemic diseases in the acute or decompensation stage (when the disease cannot be kept under control): diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases
- Epilepsy
- Taking antibiotics, anticoagulants (drugs that reduce blood clotting), NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
