With age and after childbirth, the tissues of the intimate area lose volume and elasticity, and in some cases asymmetry is noted. Intimate contouring allows for correction without surgical intervention: the doctor injects filler (gel based on hyaluronic acid) into the tissue, replenishing the volume and restoring the shape.
Result of intimate contouring
The change in volume is noticeable immediately after the procedure. The tissues become more elastic, and in some patients the hydration of the mucous membranes and comfort in intimate life increase.
The duration of the effect depends on the drug and the characteristics of the body; the doctor gives the approximate time frame during an in-person consultation.
After the procedure
You can return to your normal routine on the day of your procedure. Minor swelling and increased sensitivity are possible in the correction area for several days. The doctor gives recommendations and restrictions for this period on the day of the procedure.
